Welcome to CinePrompt. Your privacy is critically important to us. SynFusion ("we", "us", "our") operates CinePrompt (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user data and our commitment to your privacy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. No Account Creation

CinePrompt does not require or provide any account creation, signup, or login system. We do not collect personal user profiles, and the app does not use any form of user authentication.

2. Information We Collect

We strive to collect the absolute minimum data required to provide and improve the App experience:

• User Activity (Favorites): Your "Favorites" are stored locally on your device for your convenience. We do not upload or access your Favorites list.
• Crash Reporting & Analytics: We use third-party services to collect anonymized device information (such as OS version, device model, and app version) and crash logs to help us improve App stability and performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Anonymous App Identifier: We may use an anonymous device identifier solely for core database access (Firebase Firestore) to deliver prompts. This identifier is not linked to any personal information.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect the following:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information.
• Location data or GPS information.
• Photos, media, or files from your device.
• Payment or billing information.
• Any personally identifiable information (PII).

4. No Notifications

CinePrompt does not use push notifications. No push notification service is active for users, and we do not collect any notification-related tokens.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for essential App functions:

• Firebase Firestore: Used as our primary database to deliver AI-generated prompts to the App. Data is transmitted securely.
• Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: Used for monitoring App stability and understanding general usage patterns through anonymized, aggregated data.

These services are provided by Google and are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

The content provided in CinePrompt is AI-generated and curated through our admin system. While we aim for high-quality prompts, please be aware that AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. The App is intended for informational and productivity purposes only.

7. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect the integrity of the App and the minimal data it processes. Data transmission between the App and Firebase services is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). However, since we do not collect personal identification or account information, the risk to your personal privacy is inherently minimized.

8. Children's Privacy

CinePrompt is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
