By downloading or using the CinePrompt application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Service Description
CinePrompt is a platform providing curated AI-generated prompts for image generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, and other similar services. The App is for informational and productivity purposes only. The App does not require user accounts, signup, or any form of personal authentication to function.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All prompts and content available in the App are AI-generated and uploaded through our admin system. Please note:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information.
- Users should verify important information independently before relying on it.
- Results generated by using these prompts in third-party AI systems may vary and are not guaranteed.
- We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific or desired result in any third-party AI image generation tool.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage
The App itself, trademarks, and branding belong to SynFusion. Regarding the content:
- We do not claim copyrighted ownership over third-party generated ideas or prompts that may emerge from AI processes.
- Users are free to use, modify, and adapt the prompts for personal or commercial projects at their own discretion.
- Content that violates our policies, is harmful, illegal, or infringes third-party copyrights can be removed from the App at any time without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for any output generated by third-party AI tools using our prompts.
4. User Conduct
By using CinePrompt, you agree not to:
- Use the App or its prompts for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use automated systems or bots to scrape or extract content from the App.
- Upload or distribute any malicious content through the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
SynFusion provides the App on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on any AI-generated content provided. Your use of the prompts and the resulting outputs from other AI systems is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party services or AI image generation platforms referenced in the App.
7. No Notifications or Accounts
The App does not utilize a notification system or user accounts. Any features related to user persistence (like Favorites) are handled locally on your device or via anonymous cloud identifiers for core database access.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
